Information you send in an enquiry
The form records your name, email address, optional practice name, message and submission time in the application database so the team can review and respond to your request. Please avoid including live client, patient or clinical records.
When aggregate measurement is enabled, the enquiry also records a broad traffic-source category and the website paths where the visit started and the enquiry was sent. It does not save search queries, advertising click identifiers or full referring URLs.
Aggregate website measurement
The website can count page views and email-link clicks by day, page and broad source: direct, search, paid campaign or referral. These counts help assess which pages lead to enquiries. An email click does not mean an enquiry was sent.
This first-party measurement does not set analytics cookies, create visitor identifiers, use local storage or save IP addresses or browser fingerprints in the measurement tables. Traffic-source information is held in page memory while navigating the site. A new visit or full reload may lose that context.
The website’s hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information to deliver and operate the service. The aggregate measurement tables are separate from any hosting request logs.
Staff sign-in and external email
The separate staff workspace uses cookies for authenticated sessions. If you choose an email link, your email application or provider handles the message under its own arrangements.
Questions about information you have submitted
Contact hello@solvanto.io to ask how an enquiry is being used or to request review, correction or removal of information you supplied. Use the email address associated with the enquiry where possible; the team may need to verify the request.
This describes the website’s current functions. Confirm the responsible contracting organisation, retention arrangements and relevant data-protection responsibilities with the team before entering a service agreement or introducing live practice records.
