What to include in your enquiry
Share your practice type, location, number of sites, current software and the workflows you would like to review. We can use those details to discuss your requirements. Confirm product availability and service coverage directly before planning a rollout.
- Appointments and availability for reception and clinical teams.
- Patient records, consultations and follow-up.
- Stock, invoices and the reports your managers need.
Explore the feature pages before choosing the scenarios you want to see.
Migration and onboarding
Migration options depend on your existing system, its export formats and the records you need to preserve. Import coverage, timelines and onboarding arrangements need to be agreed with the team; this site does not promise an automatic transfer from every PMS.
Ask about sample validation, attachments, account balances, future appointments, training and responsibility for the final changeover. Use the veterinary PMS migration checklist to prepare.
Integrations
Confirm each required integration and the exact workflow it supports. Current development includes intake of IDEXX InterLink XML result files; automatic interpretation and linking of those results to patient records are not yet included. Ask about the current status before relying on a laboratory connection.
Tell us which payment, accounting, communications or laboratory systems you use. Named third-party connections should be confirmed directly rather than inferred from a feature description.
Support and deployment
Before adopting ClinicDay, agree the hosting arrangement, staff training, support contact, service hours and escalation process. Response times and support packages have not yet been published.
Review access and data-security information and confirm the arrangements for backups, recovery and data export. ClinicDay costs £50 per month; contact the team for enterprise requirements.
